The following forms are required when enrolling your child at St Michael’s Catholic School. They are here for your convenience to print out. Alternatively, you may collect an enrolment pack from the office which will also contain these forms.
The Data Collection form collects information to enable nationally comparable reporting of students’ outcomes.
Our students and parents are required to sign our Student and Parent Acceptable Use Policies to ensure our students stay safe while using technology within the school.
